from 3.9 PPg to Pro...here's how I got there
After years of grinding with no real breakthrough, I discovered the missing link to game had nothing to do with my raw ability as a player, and everything to do with my mind. I was standing in my own way of becoming the player I always knew I could be. Once I committed to training my mind the way I was training my body, everything shifted:

-
Scoring average: 3.9 PPG → 17.8 PPG
-
Three-point percentage: 33% → 43%
-
Minutes per game: +20 per game
-
1,700+ career points at the college level
-
Two-year team captain
-
Signed a professional contract in Italy

My mission is to coach young hoopers on the process I used to become a professional. For years, it was my dream to play overseas basketball. I spent countless hours diving deep into how to improve my on-court performance. I landed on some extremely effective workout routines, but eventually realized the missing link in my progress was training my mind. This realization led me on a personal growth journey that changed my life forever, with basketball as the conduit. I spent countless hours researching how to build mental toughness, confidence, and discipline. I know the strategies I used will help you, and that's why I want to coach you through them. I believe the best elevate everyone around them, and this is my way of making that happen.
You can get the same results that I did.
About me
Robert DiSibio
Pro Overseas Basketball Player

As a Division 3 All-Star, First-Team All-Region player with over 1,700 career points, I've developed a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in basketball.
I currently play professionally in Italy while running ClutchMind Basketball, and I hold a Bachelor's in Cognitive and Behavioral Science from Washington and Lee University, a top-20 liberal arts college in the US, along with three years of NBA front-office experience.

My journey has taught me that success in this game goes beyond physical skill. Mental toughness, work ethic, and strategic thinking are what truly separate players. As Ed Mylett says, "We are most qualified to help the person we used to be." I built ClutchMind to be the mentor I wish I'd had — so you don't have to figure it out alone.
