The mentorship
This Isn't a Course You Watch Alone
It's a coaching relationship built around your game.
Most mental skills content is generic. A YouTube video doesn't know that you freeze under pressure in the fourth quarter. An ebook doesn't know that you're battling self-doubt after a tough loss. A course doesn't know your coach, your team dynamic, or what's actually holding you back.
This is different.
When you work with me, everything is built around you — your specific mental blocks, your game, your goals, your season. I'm not reading from a script. I've sat where you're sitting. I know what it feels like to play in front of scouts with everything on the line. I've lived the self-doubt that follows a rough stretch of games. I figured out — the hard way — how to quiet the noise and compete at my best. And now I'm in your corner making sure you don't have to figure it out alone.
That experience doesn't just make me credible. It makes me relentless in your corner.
What the Hands-On Approach Actually Means:
â–º Sessions built around what YOU need — not a fixed curriculum every athlete follows in the same order. Your mental blocks are the starting point.
â–º Real accountability between sessions — not one hour and see you next week. I track your progress, check in, and adjust the approach as your season evolves.
â–º A mentor who pushes you when you need it — and knows when to pull back. This is not passive coaching. I'm invested in your progress, not just present for your sessions.
â–º I'm invested in who you're becoming — not just how you perform this week. The goal is to develop an athlete who has mastered the mental side of the game at every level they reach.
This is the kind of mentorship that changes not just your game — but how you see yourself as an athlete.
What Changes When You Do This Work?
This is not a program you attend. It is a system you build — and the results show up in your game.
You stop playing tight.

The version of you that shows up in big moments starts to look a lot more like the version that shows up in practice. Not because the pressure goes away — because you have learned how to compete through it.
Mistakes stop costing you multiple possessions.

You develop a reset — a real one, not just 'shake it off.' One bad play stops leading to two, three, four. You learn how to close the door on what just happened and compete fully on the next possession.
Your confidence becomes independent

Right now your confidence depends on how your last game went. After this work, it does not. You understand exactly what you believe about yourself as a player — and you stop letting a bad game rewrite it.
You start competing for something bigger

The shift from playing for yourself to playing for your team — from protecting your image to competing for something bigger — is the single most liberating thing an athlete can experience. It is also when performance peaks.
Here's Exactly What Happens on the Call
For 30 minutes we'll talk about your game — where you are right now, what you are struggling with specifically, and what your goals are for this season and beyond.
I will share my honest assessment of where the mental gaps are and what I think would actually help.At the end of the call, if I think we are a good fit to work together, I will tell you what that looks like.

I am not interested in working with athletes who are not the right fit. The work only produces results when both sides are genuinely committed to it.

This is not for every athlete!

The 1 on 1 mentorship is built for athletes who are serious about closing the gap between the player they are and the player they know they can be.

This IS for you if:
-
You love basketball
-
You know your mental game is holding you back but you do not know how to fix it
-
You are already good in your area but want to improve even more
-
You play tight in big moments even though you perform well in practice
-
You are hard on yourself after mistakes and it affects the rest of your game
-
You want to play at the next level and understand the mental game is part of the evaluation
-
A parent who is watching their athlete struggle to translate effort into performance
This is NOT for you if:
-
You are looking for a motivational hype session — this is a working program, not a pep talk
-
You are not willing to be honest about what is actually holding you back
-
You expect results without doing the off-court mental work consistently
-
You want a quick fix — mental performance is built over weeks and months, not a single session
You've Made It This Far For a Reason
Most athletes scroll past this kind of page. They tell themselves they'll figure it out on their own, or that the mental side will just click eventually. Some of them are right. Most of them are still waiting.
If you're still reading, something in you already knows that your mental game is the missing piece. You don't need more convincing. You need someone to help you do something about it.
That's the call.
It's you getting clear on what's actually going on between the ears, and both of us figuring out whether working together makes sense.
The athletes I work with are the ones who decide they're done leaving their potential on the table.
If that's you — the seat is here.
